8:00 am – 12:00 pm MDNA Board Meeting Preceded by a breakfast buffet at 7:30 am, this meeting is open to representatives of all companies that are MDNA Members in good standing.

2:30 pm – 4:30 pm Kickoff Event Your MDNA introduction to New York City is a tour of the Big Apple.  In the comfort of a double decker bus, you will have a professional guided tour of all the major sites.  Your guide will point out the iconic landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and Times Square.  You won’t want to miss this orientation to NYC!

9:00 am – 1:30 pm Spouse /Companion Event– A special morning is planned as we take a private tour of Radio City Music Hall. This is a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes of this iconic great stage, often called the Showplace of the Nation. Your guide will highlight the Art Deco design of this home of the world famous Rockettes.The tour will be followed by a private lunch.

8:30 am – 10:30 am Breakfast & Annual MeetingYour MDNA President, Officer Team, and Chairmen will report to you the progress and plans that our various committees and subsidiaries (Including Membership, Public Relations, Chapter Leadership, AMEA, and LOCATOR) are making to help maintain a strong and growing MDNA. Also included in the Annual Meeting is the election of new National Officers.

  • The Annual Meeting portion will start at 9:00 a.m. and at that time all non MDNA Members will be asked to leave the room.
  • Attire: Jackets and ties required for presenters
10:30 am – 10:45 am MDNA Board Meeting –This meeting is open to representatives of all companies that are MDNA Members in good standing.  (Advanced reservations are required.)
11:00 am – 12:00 pm AMEA Educational Program
7:00 pm – 12:00 am Presidents Reception and Banquet New York! New York! Be part of our Saturday night Gala! Put on your vagabond shoes and dance the night away. You will be king of the hill as you dine on a gourmet plated dinner. There will be no small town blues in the city that never sleeps!
