MDNA Member Logo
The MDNA member logo is reserved exclusively for current members and tells potential customers and other dealers that the company has agreed to abide by the Association’s Code of Ethics. Members in good standing may use the MDNA member logo on their letterhead, website, business cards and other advertising and promotional materials. Members have acknowledged that use of the MDNA logo frequently aids and simplifies the initiation of transactions and business relationships.

Global Networking and Educational Events
MDNA’s Annual Convention offers MDNA Members and MDNA Premier Vendors educational, networking and social activities throughout a 3-day event held every other spring.
MDNA’s Weekend With The Pros is an educational and networking event held every other year open to all MDNA Members, MDNA Premier vendors and their employees. The event is hosted by a different regional chapter throughout the United States every time. Attendees tour local MDNA Member Firms as well as area manufacturing facilities that are not otherwise open to the general public. BOSS Seminar (Business Owners Success Seminar) These seminars offer timely training and significant networking opportunities to meet and develop business contacts with fellow members. These seminars are open to principal stockholders and owners of MDNA Member Firms. Attendees share experiences, ideas and get answers to tough questions. Regional Chapter Meetings- MDNA has 12 chapters throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Regional Chapter Meetings are held throughout the year among the 12 chapters, and can include educational, entertainment & networking opportunities. See some of our current events on our Calendar of Events page here. Educational Webinars MDNA regularly offers educational webinars on all aspects of the used machinery industry. As a key member benefit, there is no cost for owners, employees of MDNA Member Firms or Premier Vendors to participate in our educational webinars. We offer live and recorded webinars on all types of machinery, logistics and best business practices. Used Machinery Buyer’s Guide
A directory of the current MDNA membership, arranged alphabetically, geographically and by specialty, is distributed to potential customers by direct mail, at trade shows, in U.S. Consulates throughout the world and in response to national advertising. The Buyer’s Guide has a worldwide circulation of more than 70,000 copies. Each member receives a complimentary listing in this Buyer’s Guide.

Advertising/Public Relations
MDNA participates in the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) held in Chicago, FABTECH and other national exhibitions and trade shows each year in order to promote its members. Sales leads developed from MDNA’s participation in trade shows are made available to all members. In addition, MDNA maintains a SEARCHABLE database site allowing potential customers worldwide to find MDNA members.

AMEA
Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) AMEA accreditation is available to individuals who have been employed by MDNA member firms for more than one year. Only dealers employed by MDNA member firms may join the AMEA, and benefit from reduced fees, USPAP certification, ongoing training and webinars. Learn More

MDNA Austin D. Lucas Scholarship Fund
A nonprofit, tax exempt corporation, the Scholarship Fund was created toaward grants for tuition to children of MDNA employees entering or returning to college, graduate school or vocational school. Children whose parents are employees (not principals) of MDNA member firms are eligible to apply for these grants, which are awarded annually. Learn more here

Serial Number Reference Book for Metalworking Machinery Directory of machine tool manufacturers. Non members may order one here MDNA Serial Number Reference Book 11th edition (SNRB) (Published in 1994) available on CD ROM only. Members can get information on thousands of machines as well as contact information for hundreds of U.S. machine tool builders — plus many non-U.S. builders. This guide is also available to members online in back office. Quarterly Auction Reports MDNA publishes, to our members, quarterly auction reports to help keep members informed about the most up to date auction pricing in the used machinery industry. |
